We believe in mitigating risk through data. As such, creating good strategy requires the right set of data to inform it. The cornerstone is understanding the pain points of your customers. We create the interview protocol, moderate the sessions and synthesize the results for you.

Industry and competitor research

Where is your industry going? How should you react? The right set of data to inform a good strategy includes understanding your industry and the competitors within it. We synthesize industry analyst research and conduct a competitor analysis.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) definition and tracking

How are your products performing today? Are you measuring the right metrics to be able to answer this question? Strategy is informed by the current state of your products. If you don’t have a good grasp, we can help you define the right KPI’s, create a KPI dashboard, and assess which ones are good and which signal the need for change.

Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) optimization

Are you launching as quickly and as often as you’d like? When it comes to project execution, the goals are “good” (i.e. high quality), “fast” (time to market), and “cheap” (engineering costs). Adopting “textbook Scrum” isn’t usually the answer. Oftentimes, a custom approach is needed. We work with your project teams to understand how well they’re performing.
